Can you resist a cozy knit on a snowy day?

My knitting journey began more than two decades ago with impromptu lessons on a multi-day Alaskan ferry ride. It is further inspired by my great-grandmother's prolific knitting of high-quality, cozy Minnesota winter wool socks that we still use today and the need for color during a long Alaskan winter.

I enjoy knitting functional wear for my family and playing with pattern design. Happily, I’m now quick enough to share seasonal coziness with you and dabble in teaching stranded knitting classes for beginners and beyond.
